随着我国社会主义经济的飞速发展,各种大面积、大跨度钢屋盖体系运用越来越多,尤其是各种大型公共交通枢纽工程及工业厂房建设工程都采用了大跨度钢屋盖的结构形式。此类工程由于结构体形庞大、工期要求高,而且在其施工过程中周边环境较为复杂,工程条件受到一定限制,因此,在钢结构吊装施工过程中,必须以施工现场安全操作为前提,加强吊装技术的应用与管理,从而保证在复杂环境下钢结构吊装施工顺利完成。本文通过工程实例阐述了钢结构吊装的技术应用,并从中探讨了技术管理措施,以达到安全吊装的技术目标。
With the rapid development of China’s socialist economy, various large-area and large-span steel roof systems have been used more and more. In particular, various large-scale public transport hubs and industrial plant construction projects have adopted long-span steel roofs structure type. Such projects due to the huge body shape, high construction period requirements, and the surrounding environment in the construction process is more complex, the engineering conditions are subject to certain restrictions, therefore, in the process of steel structure lifting construction, the construction site must be safe operation as a precondition to enhance lifting Technology application and management, so as to ensure the successful completion of steel structure hoisting construction under complicated environment. This article expounds the technical application of steel structure hoisting through engineering examples, and discusses technical management measures to achieve the technical goal of safety hoisting.
