目的探讨60岁以上老年妇女进行妇科手术的可行性。方法采用回顾性分析2004年3月-2009年3月60岁以上120例老年妇科患者围手术期的资料。结果资料显示老年妇女易合并高血压、糖尿病,老年妇科手术疾病中,子宫脱垂占35.0%,恶性肿瘤占31.7%,良性肿瘤占33.3%,术后可出现泌尿系感染、切口裂开、肺部感染等并发症。结论只要术前准备充分,选择合适的麻醉、手术方式,术中、术后加强监护,老年妇科患者可安全度过围手术期。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of gynecological surgery in elderly patients over the age of 60. Methods The data of perioperative period in 120 elderly gynecological patients over the age of 60 from March 2004 to March 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. The data showed that 35.0% of uterine prolapse, 31.7% of malignant tumors and 33.3% of benign tumors were found in older women with hypertension, diabetes mellitus and geriatric gynecological diseases. Urinary tract infection, incision, Department of infection and other complications. Conclusion As long as adequate preoperative preparation, choose the appropriate anesthesia, surgical methods, intraoperative and postoperative intensive care, elderly patients with gynecological perioperative safety margin.
