产科、儿科、妇科是妇幼保健机构收治病人最多的科室,也是最易产生医患纠纷的科室,而凉山地区的医患纠纷又存在着沟通交流不畅、医疗认知有限、病人不积极配合治疗等因素,发生医患纠纷的可能性较大.本文分析了凉山地区潜在医患纠纷的原因,并提出了防范对策.
