运营监测(控)体系建设的核心目标是要通过国网总部、省(市)、地市三级运营监测(控)中心的建设,构建架构统一、权责明确的组织体系;边界清晰、衔接有序的业务框架;运转顺畅、协同高效的工作机制,建立集全面监测、运营分析、协调控制、全景展示、运营数据资产管理于一体的综合管控平台,进而形成独具中国特色的现代大型国企管理模式,实现国家电网在“一强三优”现代公司伟大征程中又一质的飞跃。
The core goal of the operation monitoring (control) system construction is to build a three-level operational monitoring (control) center at the State Grid headquarters, provinces (city) and prefectures and cities, and to build an organizational structure with a clear framework of powers and responsibilities; the boundaries are clear and connected. An orderly business framework; a smooth, collaborative, and efficient working mechanism; an integrated management and control platform that integrates comprehensive monitoring, operational analysis, coordinated control, panoramic display, and operational data asset management to form a modern large-scale state-owned enterprise with Chinese characteristics. The management mode realizes another qualitative leap in the great journey of the “national power grid” in the “strong three-best” modern company.
