分析了外加径向恒定磁场对超高强度合金钢30CrMnSiNi2A电阻点焊接头性能的影响。结果表明,外加磁场点焊接头的力学性能有显著影响,随着磁场强度的增加,30CrMnSiNi2A电阻点焊接头的最大剪切力与正拉力也相应地增大。无外加磁场作用时,30CrMnSiNi2A电阻点焊接头是完全的解理断裂;在外加磁场作用下,30CrMnSiNi2A电阻点焊接头在宏观上显示出典型的脆性断裂特征,在微观上表现出一定的韧性断裂特征,是一种脆性与韧性兼有的混合断裂方式。
The influence of constant radial magnetic field applied on the properties of 30CrMnSiNi2A spot welding joints of ultra-high strength alloy steel was analyzed. The results show that the mechanical properties of the external magnetic field spot welding joints have a significant impact. With the increase of the magnetic field strength, the maximum shearing force and the positive pulling force of 30CrMnSiNi2A spot welding joints increase correspondingly. In the absence of an applied magnetic field, the 30CrMnSiNi2A resistance spot welding joint is a complete cleavage fracture. The 30CrMnSiNi2A resistance spot welding joint shows a typical brittle fracture characteristic under the applied magnetic field and shows some ductile fracture characteristics at the microscopic level , Is a combination of brittleness and toughness of the mixed fracture mode.
