近十年随着多层螺旋CT(MSCT)空间分辨技术的不断进步,薄层多期扫描、曲面重建、三维血管重建、灌注成像等技术的应用,可获得清晰的胰腺自身、胰周血管和胰胆管等结构的解剖图像,还可检测出肿瘤血流动力学改变。MSCT成像技术的发展,显著提高了胰腺微小肿块的检出率,有助于对肿瘤术前精确分期和手术可切除性的判断,使得胰腺的早期定性诊断和治疗有了明显的改善。
