目的:考察参附注射液联合抗神经梅毒对神经梅毒的疗效及对患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:收集2010年6月至2014年3月杭州市西溪医院收治的确诊为神经梅毒患者156例,按随机数字法将患者分为2组:对照组77例和观察组79例,对照组给予青霉素G钠治疗,观察组给予青霉素G钠+参附注射液治疗。结果:治疗前,两组各指标差异均无统计学意义。治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组血清CD4+、CD4+/CD8+和NK细胞显著升高(P<0.05),脑脊液RPR滴度、脑脊液TPPA阳性例数、脑脊液白细胞数≥10×106/L例数和脑脊液蛋白>0.45 g/L例数、MMSE分数显著降低(P<0.05),VFT、DS、Stroop和AVLT分数显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:神经梅毒处于免疫抑制状态,参附注射液通过增加CD4+/CD8+和NK细胞改善神经梅毒的细胞免疫功能。参附注射液辅助治疗可增强驱梅效果。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Shenfu injection combined with anti-neurosyphilis on neurosyphilis and its effect on peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets. Methods: A total of 156 patients with neurosyphilis were collected from Xixi Hospital of Hangzhou City from June 2010 to March 2014. The patients were divided into two groups according to random number method: 77 in control group and 79 in observation group. The control group was given Penicillin G sodium treatment, observation group given penicillin G + Shenfu injection treatment. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in each index. After treatment, the levels of CD4 +, CD4 + / CD8 + and NK cells in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The RPR titers of cerebrospinal fluid, the positive cases of cerebrospinal fluid and the white blood cells of cerebrospinal fluid≥10 × 106 / L (P <0.05). The score of VFT, DS, Stroop and AVLT were significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The neurosyphilis is in immunosuppressive state. Shenfu injection improves the cellular immune function of neurosyphilis by increasing CD4 + / CD8 + and NK cells. Shen Fu injection adjuvant therapy can enhance the effect of flooding plum.
