本文报告中药“升血调元汤”提升外周血白细胞数的疗效。所治202例中,199例为癌症病人,3例为非癌患者。195例白细胞下降因放疗或化疗所致,其它7例患者白细胞下降原因不明。 本药的用法是每天口服50—100ml根据我们订出的标准,44例(22％)有显著效果,120例(59％)有效,38例(19％)无效,总有效率为81.0％。所有治疗的病人未见任何不良反应。 初步观察表明,中药“升血调元汤”提升外周血白细胞有一定疗效。看来本药方有利于作为肿瘤化疗或放疗的辅助应用。
This article reports the efficacy of Chinese medicine “Lixue Tiaoyuan Decoction” in increasing the number of white blood cells in peripheral blood. Of the 202 cases treated, 199 were cancer patients and 3 were non-cancer patients. 195 cases of leukopenia due to radiotherapy or chemotherapy, the other 7 cases of white blood cell decline is unknown. The use of the drug is 50-100ml per day orally. According to our standard, 44 cases (22%) have significant effect, 120 cases (59%) are effective, 38 cases (19%) are invalid, and the total effective rate is 81.0%. All treated patients did not see any adverse reactions. Preliminary observations showed that the Chinese medicine “Lixue Tiaoyuan Decoction” has a certain effect on promoting leukocytes in peripheral blood. It appears that this drug is beneficial as an adjunct to tumor chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
