随着互联网在我国的广泛普及,网络群体事件不断发生。从2003年的“孙志刚事件”开始,我国网民通过互联网对事件舆论监督作用开始凸显。网络是把双刃剑,有推动我国民主、监督,提升政府形象的作用,同时网络暴力、网络谣言、低俗文化在网络上泛滥。如何建立一个良好的舆论环境,需要我国政府根据自身的问题,制定公共政策管理应对机制。
With the widespread popularization of Internet in our country, the incident of network group constantly occurs. Starting from the “Sun Zhigang Incident” in 2003, the role of Internet users in our country in supervising the incident media started to highlight. The Internet is a double-edged sword with the function of promoting democracy, supervision and promotion of the government image in our country. At the same time, cyberbullying, internet rumors and vulgar culture are spreading on the Internet. How to establish a good public opinion environment requires our government to formulate a response mechanism for public policy management according to its own problems.
