高效课堂建设的效果,最终必须以教师日常课堂教学的有效性来予以体现和验证。而高效课堂建设的开展与推进,最终的依赖则主要是教师的投入热情与教学智慧。二者一体两面,相互制约,相互促进。值得肯定的是,自从东莞市推进高效课堂工程以来,各实验学校和广大教师积极投入高效课堂的实践性探索,并且在专业成长上呈现出群体性的共同提升与进步,良性的互动循环已经形成。
