本文分别对胃、十二指肠溃疡病未手术者和行胃大部切除者的血浆血管活性肠肽(VIP)和 P 物质(SP)进行了研究。结果表明未手术组和手术组空腹血浆偏低,但两组无显著性差异。进食高脂混和食物后,两组血浆 VIP 水平均显著增高,手术组高峰值明显高于未手术组。脂餐后,未手术组病人血浆 SP 明显升高,而手术组无明显增高。胃大部切除术后,VIP 释放的增加及 SP 释放的障碍,可能是引起倾倒综合征和胆囊结石发病的原因之一。
In this paper, the plasma vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) and substance P (SP) of gastric and duodenal ulcer patients who have not undergone surgery and those undergoing gastrectomy are studied. The results showed that fasting plasma in the unoperated group and the surgical group was low, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. After eating high-fat mixed foods, plasma VIP levels increased significantly in the two groups, and the peak value in the surgical group was significantly higher than that in the non-surgical group. After lipid meal, plasma SP was significantly elevated in the unoperated group, but no significant increase in the surgical group. After subtotal gastrectomy, increased release of VIP and impaired SP release may be one of the causes of the onset of dumping syndrome and gallbladder stones.
