本文提出了一种利用单跨导元件和电容器构成的通用二阶滤波电路。列出了各种二阶滤波器的电路结构及其传递函数、零点、极点和Q值的计算公式,比较了各种电路的优缺点。由于单跨导元件的跨导值可由外加电压控制,因此滤波器的增益、频率和Q值也受控制。作为一个例子,设计了一个由四节二次型电路级联而组成的八阶带通滤波器,用SPICE程序进行了模拟计算,其结果达到了设计要求,证明电路可行。
This paper presents a general-purpose second-order filter circuit using a single-transconductance element and a capacitor. Lists the circuit structure of various second-order filters and their transfer function, zero, pole and Q value of the formula, compared the advantages and disadvantages of various circuits. Since the transconductance of a single transconductance element can be controlled by an applied voltage, the gain, frequency, and Q of the filter are also controlled. As an example, an eight-band band-pass filter composed of four quadratic cascaded circuits is designed and simulated by the SPICE program. The results meet the design requirements and prove that the circuit is feasible.
