1.前言为了提高机床导轨的耐磨性,近几年来机床铸铁导轨广泛地采用了表面感应加热淬火工艺。但是,导轨表面感应淬火后,两端部位大都还存在一小段淬火软带,其长度通常与感应器的宽度相当。为消除软带,有的将机床导轨淬火到头,但往往又产生深浅不同、长短不一的纵向微裂纹,严重时造成床身报废。导轨两端的淬火软带是否是质量问题,初期大家认识并不一致。如机床零件热处理
