在体育教学中,学生身体素质、体育基础、学习能力与效率等之间存在明显差异。但传统初中体育教学中,大部分教师忽视学生个体间的差异,采用“一刀切”的教学方法,为学生提出相同要求,采用相同教学方法,阻碍了学生个性发展、体育能力的提升。而差异教学的出现可以有效改善以上问题,促进学生体能、身体素质等全面发展。
In physical education, there are obvious differences between students’ physical fitness, sports foundation, learning ability and efficiency. However, in traditional junior high school physical education teaching, most teachers neglect the differences among students and adopt the “one size fits all” approach, which puts forward the same requirements for students and adopts the same teaching methods, which hinders the development of students’ personality and enhances their sports ability. The emergence of differential teaching can effectively improve the above problems and promote the overall development of students’ physical fitness and physical fitness.
