2013年,我区按照“政府主导、市场运作、层级分抓、片区推进”的思路,统筹安排、扎实部署,全力推进城建城改工作。年内实施城建城改项目75个,年度计划投资64.53亿元,截止目前开工率77.3%,完成投资32.26亿元,占年度计划的49.9%。一、上半年城建城改工作现状及特点(一)城中村改造平稳推进。今年实施的沋西七八组、盈田村一期、员张六七组、五里铺四组、五里铺七组、韩马村四组等9个城中村改造项目进展顺利。沋西七八组城中村改造项目4栋5万平方米安置楼主体封顶;盈田村城中村改造一期项目涉拆的56户村
