鉴于广西专升本院校的大规模快速发展,该类院校英语老师的自我发展直接影响其教学质量、英语专业学科建设和科研拓展能力。笔者首次在广西范围对新升本院校的英语教师的自我发展进行研究。笔者认为该类院校教师在自我语言能力基本功、专业知识方面的要求与国外的交流上升、共同切磋共同进步的思想是相吻合的,努力学习、提升自我魅力都是大家追求的目标,只是在事业观上因为后期待遇和工作压力带来的迷茫遭受了影响,在学术科研上管理者应该提供更多切实有益于科研和发展的进修渠道和机会,方利于该类院校英语教师的自我发展和学校的共同发展。
In view of the large-scale rapid development of colleges and universities in Guangxi, the self-development of English teachers in these institutions has a direct impact on the quality of teaching, the construction of English majors and the capability of research and development.
