目的了解常用杀虫剂与增效剂氧化胡椒基丁醚(S1)混用对山东省三个不同地区现场淡色库蚊的毒力及增效作用。方法采用WHO生物测试法,计算几种常用杀虫剂配用S1对淡色库蚊的LC50、回归方程及增效系数。结果残杀威+S1、氯氰菊酯+S1、DDVP+S1复配增效系数分别在2.23~8.02之间、2.53~5.76之间和2.39~10.14之间,显示出较好的增效作用。结论当淡色库蚊产生抗药性后,采用杀虫剂与氧化胡椒基丁醚混用的方法,可以减少杀虫剂的使用剂量,取得较好防治效果。
Objective To understand the virulence and synergistic effect of the common insecticide and synergist Oxidized Piperonyl Butyl Ether (S1) on Culex pipiens pallens in three different areas of Shandong Province. Methods The WHO bioassay method was used to calculate the LC50, regression equation and synergistic coefficient of several commonly used insecticides on Culex. Results The synergism coefficient of Propoxur + S1, Cypermethrin + S1 and DDVP + S1 was between 2.23 ~ 8.02, between 2.53 ~ 5.76 and between 2.39 ~ 10.14, respectively, showing a good synergistic effect. Conclusion When the Culex pipiens pallens produce resistance, the insecticide can be mixed with the oxidized piperonyl butoxide to reduce the dosage of insecticide and achieve better control effect.
