党的十八大报告指出,科学发展观是中国特色社会主义理论体系的最新成果,是党必须长期坚持的指导思想。科学发展观不仅有效秉承、吸纳了马克思主义社会发展理论,而且紧密结合中国特色社会主义实践,不断地延展和深化了它。在时间维度上,“永续发展论”的观点型构了马克思主义社会发展控制论的新格局;在空间维度上,“整体发展论”的思想开拓了马克思主义社会有机体论的新路向;在价值维度上,“人本发展论”的理念深化了马克思主义社会历史主体论的新意蕴。
The report of the 18th CPC National Congress pointed out: The scientific concept of development is the latest achievement of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and is the guiding ideology that the party must adhere to over the long term. The scientific concept of development not only effectively adheres to and absorbs the theory of social development of Marxism, but also continuously extends and deepens it in close connection with the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In terms of time dimension, the view of “perpetual development theory” constitutes a new pattern of cybernetics of Marxism social development. In the space dimension, the idea of “overall development theory” has opened up the Marxist theory of social organism New way; in the value dimension, the concept of “people-oriented development theory” deepens the new meaning of Marxist social-historical subject theory.
