目的:调查孕妇膳食中食物种类及摄入量,了解膳食中营养摄入状况,为进一步干预与指导提供基础数据。方法:随机抽取2010年2月~2010年4月在福建省妇幼保健院产科门诊产检并进行膳食营养咨询的孕妇670例,采用膳食回顾法记录调查前24 h或近1周内日常一日的膳食摄入,用《中国居民膳食指南暨平衡膳食宝塔》评价孕期膳食模式。结果:孕妇膳食中谷类摄入量未达到中国营养学会推荐摄入量中值,粗杂粮摄入不足;动物性食品中以猪肉类食物摄入偏多,禽肉类摄入偏少;乳品摄入未达推荐值;大豆类及豆制品摄入过少。结论:孕期膳食结构的合理性有待改善,应加强平衡膳食的健康宣教及孕期个体化营养指导,使妊娠期膳食结构更合理。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the types and intake of foods in pregnant women, to understand the nutritional intake in the diet and to provide basic data for further intervention and guidance. Methods: A total of 670 pregnant women, who were maternity check-ups and dietary counseling in Fujian MCH hospital from February 2010 to April 2010, were randomly selected. The dietary recalls were used to record the daily routine of 24 h or nearly 1 week before the survey Dietary intake, with “Chinese dietary guidelines and balanced diet pagoda” evaluation of pregnancy diet patterns. Results: The cereal intake of pregnant women did not reach the recommended value of dietary supplements recommended by China Nutrition Society, and the intake of coarse grains was not sufficient. In animal foods, the intake of pork food was too much while the intake of poultry meat was less; Into less than the recommended value; soy and soy products intake is too small. Conclusion: The rationality of dietary structure needs to be improved during pregnancy. Health education of balanced diet and personalized nutrition guidance during pregnancy should be strengthened to make the diet structure more reasonable during pregnancy.
