当企业领导难,当亏损企业领导更难,当严重亏损企业领导更难乎其难。 我们南通市通达实业总公司的前身是南通市航运公司,1989年至1992年连续四年亏损。亏损总额700余万元,是南通市交通系统的亏损大户之一。我从1992年春到这个公司协助工作,虽只短短两年多时间,便对一个严重亏损企业各级领导的苦衷已深有所感。
