目的探讨P33ING1b蛋白在胃腺癌中的表达意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测73例胃腺癌及30例正常胃黏膜中P33ING1b蛋白的表达,并分析其与各临床指标的关系。结果 P33ING1b蛋白在正常胃黏膜组织中的阳性表达率为97.0%(29/30),远高于其在胃腺癌中的阳性率60.0%(44/73),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);P33ING1b蛋白在胃腺癌中的表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、浸润深度及淋巴结转移情况均无明显相关性(P>0.05);但与肿瘤分化高低有关,即高分化组的阳性表达率(76.0%)明显高于低分化组的阳性表达率(44.0%),二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 P33ING1b蛋白在胃腺癌中的表达下调及表达部位的改变,可能与胃腺癌的发生有关;胃腺癌高分化组中P33ING1b蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于低分化组,提示P33ING1b蛋白可能与胃腺癌的组织分化程度有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of P33ING1b in gastric adenocarcinoma. Methods The expression of P33ING1b in 73 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma and 30 cases of normal gastric mucosa was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The relationship between P33ING1b and clinical parameters was analyzed. Results The positive rate of P33ING1b protein in normal gastric mucosa was 97.0% (29/30), which was much higher than that in gastric adenocarcinoma (60.0%, 44/73), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ). The expression of P33ING1b in gastric adenocarcinoma had no significant correlation with the gender, age, tumor size, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (P> 0.05), but correlated with the level of tumor differentiation (76.0%) was significantly higher than that of poorly differentiated group (44.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The downregulation of P33ING1b protein and the change of its expression site may be related to the occurrence of gastric adenocarcinoma. The positive expression rate of P33ING1b protein in gastric adenocarcinoma with high differentiated group is significantly higher than that in poorly differentiated group, suggesting that P33ING1b may be associated with gastric adenocarcinoma The degree of tissue differentiation related.
