埋地天然气管道担负着为下游用户输送天然气的任务,管道受到地质腐蚀等因素的影响,需要进行管道维护和检修,研究埋地天然气管道维护成本与产能的关系模型,为管道的更换和检修提供参考依据。提出一种基于灰阶量化自适应评估的埋地天然气管道的维护成本与产能关系模型构建方法。构建的埋地天然气管道维护策略模型有三种,分别是常规维护模型、基于时间控制的预防性维护模型和基于天然气管道的生存周期最大化的预测模型,以此为基础进行天然气管道的维护成本预测,采用灰阶量化自适应评估方法进行维护成本与产能关系的数学模型构建。仿真结果表明,采用该模型能使埋地天然气管道的维护成本和输出产能保持一个合理的经济适用的配比关系,降低管道维护工程成本,提高天然气管道的输气产能,经济效益可观。
The buried natural gas pipeline is responsible for transporting natural gas to downstream users. The pipeline is affected by geological corrosion and other factors. There are three kinds of buried gas pipeline maintenance strategy models: conventional maintenance model, preventive maintenance model based on time control, and forecasting model based on life cycle maximization of natural gas pipeline, so as to predict the maintenance cost of natural gas pipeline , A mathematical model of the relationship between maintenance cost and capacity was constructed by using gray-scale quantitative adaptive assessment method. The simulation results show that using this model can maintain a reasonable economic and reasonable ratio between the maintenance cost and the output capacity of the buried natural gas pipeline, reduce the cost of the pipeline maintenance project and increase the gas transmission capacity of the natural gas pipeline, and the economic benefits are considerable.
