1、顺义浅山区概况顺义浅山区包括北石槽镇、木林镇、龙湾屯镇、张镇和大孙各庄镇,总面积308平方公里、总人口12万人。2012年当地农民人均收入1.1万元,低于北京市整体水平(1.6万元)乃至怀柔和密云山区水平(1.2万元),属北京市后发地区。其主要问题为:受生态环境约束,工业停滞不前;旅游资源品质一般,仍走资源导向型开发老路;发展方向不清,五镇分散发展;城镇特色风貌不明,旅游功能薄弱。
1. Brief Introduction of Shunyi Shallow Mountain Area Shallow mountain Shunyi District includes Bei Shitang Town, Mulin Town, Longwan Tun Town, Zhangzhen Town and Dasunzhuang Town with a total area of 308 square kilometers and a total population of 120,000. In 2012, the per capita income of local peasants was 11,000 yuan, lower than the overall level of Beijing (16,000 yuan) and even the level of Huairou and Miyun Mountain (12,000 yuan), belonging to the late-onset area of Beijing. The main problems are as follows: Due to the restriction of the ecological environment, the industry is stagnant; the quality of tourism resources is still generally the old way of resource-oriented development; the development direction is unclear; the development of five towns is fragmented; the urban features are not clear and the tourism functions are weak.
