8月29日,中共中央政治局审议通过《中央管理企业负责人薪酬制度改革方案》和《关于合理确定并严格规范中央企业负责人履职待遇、业务支出的意见》。去年,上市公司拿年薪的83位央企董事长,平均年薪高达84.63万元,同期的非私营单位职工年平均工资仅为5.1万元,私营单位职工更是不到3.3万元。尤其一些金融国企“一把手”年薪动辄数百万,搞出“高管干一天,柜员干仨月”的怪现象,值得反思。
