提出了一种面对高分辨率的有源有机发光二极管(AMOLED)矩阵屏,减少向OLED屏写数据所用时间的方案。在协调数据的写入和读取方式上,提出了一种双节拍模式的控制驱动方法,即外设RAM设立双套模式,两套RAM交替对数据进行读写操作,并且采用两组驱动芯片分奇偶列同时向屏写数据。通过对所设计的控制电路进行仿真以及实测结果对照,表明该设计能节省写过程,为显示赢得了更多的时间,比预先的设计增长了31%,有利达到良好显示的效果。
A scheme is proposed to reduce the time it takes to write data to the OLED screen in the face of high resolution active organic light emitting diode (AMOLED) matrix screens. In coordination with the data writing and reading methods, a two-beat mode of control and driving method, that is, set up a dual-mode peripheral RAM, two sets of RAM alternately read and write data operations, and the use of two sets of driver chips Sub-odd column at the same time to write data to the screen. Through the simulation of the designed control circuit and the comparison of the measured results, it shows that the design can save the writing process and win more time for the display, which is 31% more than the pre-designed, which is beneficial to achieve the good display effect.
