血小板激活因子(PAF)1.8 ng/ml可引起离体大鼠灌注肺血管通透性升高,并使肺重量持续增加。无钙PAF灌注组的肺重量增加、液体滤过系数、标记白蛋白渗出血管外的量分别比有钙PAF灌注组低89.2%、70.9%和75.5%(35 min内),接近正常。肺毛细血管压和肺动脉压的变化幅度在35 min内分别从+0.725±0.389 kPa和+1.187±0.32 kPa下降至-0.708±0.315 kPa和-0.025±0.279 kPa。无钙灌注对未经PAF处理的大鼠离体肺也有轻度的影响。上述结果提示PAF所致的肺损伤依赖于细胞外钙离子的存在。
Platelet-activating factor (PAF) 1.8 ng / ml can cause increased perfused pulmonary vascular permeability in isolated rats, and lung weight continued to increase. The lung weight, fluid filtration coefficient and albumin exudation in the calcium-free PAF perfusion group were 89.2%, 70.9% and 75.5% (35 min) lower than those in the calcium-filled PAF perfusion group, respectively, which were close to normal. Pulmonary capillary pressure and pulmonary artery pressure ranged from -0.725 ± 0.389 kPa and + 1.187 ± 0.32 kPa to -0.708 ± 0.315 kPa and -0.025 ± 0.279 kPa in 35 min, respectively. Calcium-free perfusion also had a mild effect on isolated lungs of rats without PAF treatment. These results suggest that PAF-induced lung injury depends on the presence of extracellular calcium.
