十四届六中全会《关于加强社会主义精神文明建设若干重要问题的决议》提出,我国当前的社会主义道德建设,要“以加强职业道德建设,纠正行业不正之风为重点”以来,各级医疗卫生部门都对职业道德建设更加重视,采取了不少有效措施,取得了一些阶段性的成果.但目前不少医疗卫生单位暴露出来的有损医务人员形象和单位声誉的各种不正之风,仍然是群众议论的热点,社会关注的焦点,纠风工作的难点.究其原因很多,但就个人管见.有以下几个问题值得认真探讨.
