本文报导了国产新制冷剂工质HFC-134a及其所替代的工质CFC-12在水平光管内凝结换热的实验结果。实验管内径为6mm,管长为5m。实验结果表明,在相同的凝结温度和工质质量流量的条件下,国产HFC-134a的凝结换热系数比CFC-12大30%左右,而两者压力降数值基本相同。文中同时给出了计算这两种工质凝结换热过程中局部换热系数、平均换热系数和压力降的计算公式。
This paper reports the experimental results of the domestic new refrigerant refrigerant HFC-134a and its replacement refrigerant CFC-12 condensation heat transfer in horizontal light pipe. Experimental tube diameter of 6mm, tube length of 5m. Experimental results show that the condensing heat transfer coefficient of domestic HFC-134a is about 30% higher than that of CFC-12 at the same condensing temperature and working fluid mass flow rate, and the pressure drop values of the two are basically the same. The formulas for calculating the local heat transfer coefficient, the average heat transfer coefficient and the pressure drop during the process of condensation and heat transfer between the two working fluids are also given in the paper.
