目的探讨血清脂联素水平与2型糖尿病视网膜病变的相关关系。方法 2型糖尿病患者106例(无糖尿病视网膜病变组(NDR)37例,非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变组(NPDR)38例,增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变组(PDR)31例和正常对照者68例,用放射免疫法(RIA)检测空腹血清脂联素浓度,分析各指标与2型糖尿病视网膜病变的相关性。结果 2型糖尿病组血清脂联素水平明显地低于正常对照组(P<0.001);PDR组脂联素浓度明显低于NDR和/或NPDR亚组(P<0.001);FPG、LDL、TC及HbA1c是影响脂联素水平的最为显著的因素。结论 2型糖尿病患者血清脂联素水平降低,而且脂联素浓度与糖尿病视网膜病变的程度密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum adiponectin and type 2 diabetic retinopathy. Methods Sixty-six patients with type 2 diabetes (37 without diabetic retinopathy (NDR), 38 with nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR), 31 with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) and 68 with normal controls were enrolled in this study. The fasting serum adiponectin concentration was detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA), and the correlation between each index and type 2 diabetic retinopathy was analyzed.Results Serum levels of adiponectin in type 2 diabetes mellitus group were significantly lower than those in normal control group (P <0.001) ; The concentration of adiponectin in PDR group was significantly lower than that in NDR and / or NPDR group (P <0.001); FPG, LDL, TC and HbA1c were the most significant factors affecting the level of adiponectin.Conclusion Serum lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus Reduce the level of insulin, and the concentration of adiponectin is closely related to the degree of diabetic retinopathy.
