注水是陆上油田的主要开发方式,它能有效地补充地层能量,提高石油的采收率。但是国内油田的注水系统效率普遍较低,其耗电量约占油田总耗电量的三分之一左右,随着油田综合含水率的上升,注水能耗还将继续上升。因此,提高注水系统效率、实现节能降耗具有重要的经济意义和应用价值。本文以油田注水系统为研究对象,介绍了注水工艺以及注水系统各个环节的实际特点,提出了相应的注水系统优化方法,制定了注水系统调整改造方案,为油田开发建设经济效益提供可靠保证。
Water injection is the main development of onshore oilfields, which can effectively replenish formation energy and increase oil recovery. However, the domestic oilfield water injection system efficiency is generally low, its power consumption accounts for about one-third of the total power consumption of the field, with the increase of the integrated oil moisture content, water injection energy consumption will continue to rise. Therefore, to improve the efficiency of water injection system to achieve energy saving has important economic significance and application value. This paper takes oilfield water injection system as the research object, introduces the water injection technology and the actual characteristics of waterflooding system, puts forward the corresponding waterflooding system optimization method, formulates the waterflooding system adjustment and reform program, and provides the reliable guarantee for the oilfield development and construction economic benefits.
