目的 探讨手术室护理工作中存在的安全隐患,制定相对应的防范对策.方法 分析手术室实际工作中的安全隐患,然后提出护理措施.结果 使手术室护理工作制度化、标准化、规范化,从而减少护理缺陷、差错、事故的发生.结论 手术室护理安全是护理管理的重点,针对安全隐患健全手术室规章制度,明确各级护理人员职责,加强安全质量教育,增强护士法律观念是保证手术室护理安全的前提;严格执行各项规章制度,才能杜绝差错事故和医疗纠纷的发生.
