加工硬化在工业生产中是一种重要的强化手段,同时,也能给生产过程中的金属继续塑性变形造成困难。因此,常采用“中间退火”工序以消除其不利影响。经研究试验,用适当提高加热温度并减少零件保温时间的快速退火法,代替原来的保温时间长、随炉冷却速度慢的普通热处理方法,对于民品板金件的大批量生产是经济、有效的。处理后的零件表面仅有一层氧化色,无较厚的氧化层,此亦优于传统工艺。
