随着发动机性能及设计结构的不断改进和提高,机匣结构也越来越精巧,新材料、新工艺和新技术越来越多地被应用于机匣加工中。机匣类零件结构复杂、加工周期长、程序多,加工程序的好坏直接影响加工质量和生产效率。随着加工周期缩短和质量要求的提高,用户对数控加工程序编制质量的要求也越来越高,为此我们不仅需要优化数控程序,还需要保证数控程序的正确性和可靠性。
With the continuous improvement and improvement of engine performance and design structure, the structure of the casing is more and more delicate, and new materials, new processes and new technologies are increasingly used for casing processing. Casing type parts complex structure, long processing cycle, procedures and more, the quality of the processing procedures directly affect the processing quality and production efficiency.
