在较宽的温度范围(10~35℃)内用模拟料液测定了高放废液分离技术—全分离流程中各物流的密度、粘度、折射率和平衡两相的界面张力,观测了各负载有机相物流的三相产生情况。结果表明为消除全分离流程的三相,操作温度需高于20℃;两相密度差,两相界面张力具有比较合适的范围,但TRPO/煤油有机相和冠醚/正辛醇有机相在平衡前后粘度变化较大,而且受温度的影响较大,是设备设计中必须考虑的因素。
The density, viscosity, refractive index and interfacial tension of the two phases of the high-level liquid waste separation technology were measured in a wide temperature range (10 ~ 35 ℃) Three-Phase Generation of Organic Phase Loads. The results show that in order to eliminate the three phases of the complete separation process, the operating temperature should be higher than 20 ℃. The difference of two phases’ density and the two-phase interfacial tension have more suitable ranges. However, the organic phase of TRPO / kerosene and crown ether / Before and after the balance of viscosity changes, but also greatly affected by temperature, equipment design must be taken into account.
