Yingkou is a coastal middle-sized city in Liaoning Province and also my hometown. Yingkou is located at the mouth of the Liaohe River on the northeastern coast of the Bohai Sea and is the second largest port city in northeast China. Its distinctive feature is its proximity to the sea, one city and two harbors. Yingkou City has jurisdiction over four districts (counties) and four districts under the jurisdiction of Dashiqiao, Zhanqian, West, Laobian, Bayuquan, Gaizhou, with a total area of 5402 square kilometers and a total population of 2.29 million, of which urban population 88
