在开放教育环境中由于师生时空分离而导致的情感交流缺失等诸多因素影响导致部分学生难以坚持学业,辅导教师要为学生提供情感支持:辅导教师要提供完善的、个性化的学习支持服务,加强情感交流,提高学生的归属感;对学生进行心理辅导、帮助学生解决疾苦,真正走近学生的心灵;积极激励评价,增强学生的学习动机;发挥身边的榜样的示范激励作用,保持学习目标的正确性。让辅导教师的情感支持为开放教育环境下学生的学习发挥积极的推动作用。
