开放型经济水平是衡量一个地区经济发展活力的重要指标。经济开放度低、直接利用外资能力较差、国际旅游外汇收入水平低是陕西省开放型经济发展存在的突出问题。全面提高陕西省开放型经济水平应从大力改善投资环境、转变发展理念、增强利用外资能力、实施全新的对外开放战略方面着力。
An open economy is an important indicator of the dynamism of economic development in a region. The low degree of economic openness, the poorer ability to directly use foreign capital and the low level of international tourism foreign exchange income are the prominent problems in the development of an open economy in Shaanxi Province. To comprehensively improve the open economy of Shaanxi Province, efforts should be made to vigorously improve the investment environment, change the development concept, enhance the capability of utilizing foreign capitals and implement a brand new strategy of opening up to the outside world.
