一、入世将扩大建筑企业的生存发展空间 入世的有利影响集中体现在建筑市场及竞争机制的规范和建立上。随着我国正式纳入世界经济一体化范围的进程,市场的开放会突破封闭条件下需求和资源的制约,极大的提高我国的建筑资源配置效率,带动相关产业的发展。一方面,WTO除了对我国经济生产影响之外,它甚至会对我国的政治体制产生影响,最有利的特征是将促进我国经济体系和政治体制的变革,从外至内的推动我国各方面的市场化进程,包括建筑市场的规范化进程。另一方面,加入世贸组织将会从相当程度增强外资信心,有
