建立了超宽板坯结晶器两相热流耦合模型,对比计算了4孔和5孔的浸入式水口与传统二分式水口结晶器内钢液流动和温度分布情况,重点比较了采用3种水口结晶器内自由液面波动情况和该处钢液的流动与传热行为以及结晶器出口处钢液温度分布情况。研究表明,对于超宽板坯连铸结晶器,5孔水口和4孔水口结晶器的流动和传热行为都优于传统二分式水口,而且5孔水口结晶器出口处的温度分布更有利于铸坯凝固,改善中心偏析。
A two-phase heat and flow coupling model of ultra-wide slab mold was established.
