本文对东京医科、齿科大学、口腔病理室35年来收集的60例涎腺原发的粘液表皮样肿瘤进行了病理学检查。其中男27例,女33例。初诊年龄为18—86岁,30—70岁者约占全部病例的80%,发病部位以腭部最多见,约占全部肿瘤的1/3,其次为腮腺及磨牙后腺。根据肿瘤细胞的分化程度分为三度,Ⅰ度为分化好的有8例,组织学上表现为富有粘液细胞,呈腺样结构,并形成大小不等的囊 In this paper, 60 cases of primary mucoepidermoid tumors of the parotid gland collected by Tokyo Medical, Dental University, and Oral Pathology Department were examined pathologically. There were 27 males and 33 females. The initial age of diagnosis was 18-86 years old, and 30-70 years old accounted for about 80% of all cases.
