随着股权分置改革进程的推进,认股权证作为市场参与各方共同接受的“对价”开启了权证类产品创新的大门,也正式拉开了中国证券市场衍生产品创新的大幕。本文对国内权证市场的发展特点及存在的问题进行了分析与阐述,在比较了国际权证市场的最新发展趋势与发展动态之后,提出了规范与发展我国权证市场的政策建议。
With the progress of share-trading reform, warrants as the “price” jointly accepted by all parties involved in the market opened the door to the innovation of warrants, and officially opened the curtain of innovation in the Chinese securities market. This article analyzes the characteristics of the domestic warrants market development and the existing problems. After comparing the latest development trend and development trend of the international warrants market, this paper puts forward the policy suggestions for regulating and developing the warrants market in our country.
