In the 20th century, the United States achieved rapid development through the implementation of the strategy of strengthening its country by science and technology. Its strategy of strengthening its nationhood has the integration of science and technology with military needs. The private sector has actively participated in the three major characteristics of scientific and technological research and development and the establishment of a park to strengthen the marriage of science and technology production.
