汽缸体和汽缸盖裂纹多发生在两缸安装孔之间,进、排气门之间,燃烧室与气门座之间的过梁处,水套壁、水道孔主轴承座螺孔和缸盖螺栓固定孔等处,破洞和树枝状裂纹多发生在汽缸体的中部和下部。裂纹一旦产生,一般发展较快,它会导致发动机渗水、漏油、燃烧不良,功率下降,有时还会因渗水流进油底壳,稀释机油而加速机件的磨损。
