高等职业教育的目标是培养和造就具有创新意识和创新能力的高素质应用型人才。当前,我国高职旅游教育在人才培养上出现了学校教育与行业需求不适应,校企人才供需错位,旅游技能性人才短缺的问题。现分析了高职院校导游业务课程教学中存在的问题,提出了项目化教学改革具体实施的方法,从而达到提高学生的职业技能水平和综合素质的目的。
The goal of higher vocational education is to cultivate and bring up high-quality applied talents with innovative ideas and innovative abilities. At present, there is a problem that the education of higher vocational schools in our country has not met the demand of school education and industry, the dislocation of supply and demand of school-owned talents and the shortage of skilled tourism talents. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the teaching of tour guide course in higher vocational colleges and puts forward the methods of implementing the project-based teaching reform so as to achieve the goal of improving students’ vocational skills and overall quality.
