随着城乡经济的发展,人民生活水平的提高,啤酒工业的崛起,这就要求我省大麦生产有一个较大的发展。现将啤酒大麦丰产栽培技术措施简介如下。 一、积极推广良种,做好繁育工作 啤酒大麦的生产,要求种子籽粒饱满、整齐、有光泽、种皮薄。具有良好的发芽势和发芽率,千粒重最好40克以上,淀粉多,蛋白质含量不超过12%。一般以二棱大麦适宜酒用,而我省目前种植的是三、四十年前的老地方品种,且多属六棱大麦,产量低,品质差。为此,我们应积极开展对酒用大麦的引种观察、品种比较、栽培试验及抗性和品质鉴定工作。
