针对烟叶复烤过程的特殊动态特性,提出了一种基于过程模型的预测控制算法。基于烤房温度模型,采用预测PI控制算法设计烤房4个温度控制器;基于冷房和出口广义水分模型,采用伪预测PI控制算法设计冷房和出口水分控制器。这种预测控制器的结构简单,可调参数少,参数的调节简单、直观。仿真结果表明,在干扰和模型失配的情况下,预测控制器仍然保持了良好的动态响应性能和鲁棒稳定性,值得在实际工业中推广应用。
Aiming at the special dynamic characteristics of the tobacco re-baking process, a predictive control algorithm based on the process model was proposed. Based on the temperature model of barn, four temperature controllers of barn were designed with predictive PI control algorithm. Based on the generalized moisture model of cold room and outlet, pseudo-predictive PI control algorithm was used to design the cold room and outlet moisture controller. This kind of predictive controller has the advantages of simple structure, few adjustable parameters, simple and intuitive parameter adjustment. The simulation results show that the predictive controller still retains good dynamic response and robust stability in the case of interference and model mismatch, which is worth popularizing in practical industry.
