近几年来,湖南省安乡县狠抓公费医疗管理,相继进行了两次改革,都取得了一定的成绩。该县人平医药费一直处于全省最低水平,连续两年受到省财政厅、卫生厅的奖励,去年还出席全国公费医疗管理经验交流会议。为了进一步完善管理办法,再上公费医疗管理新台阶,该县今年重新修订了管理办法,进行了又一次新的尝试。一、基本原则 (一)继续坚持公费医疗制度。坚持“保证治疗、合理用药、堵塞漏洞、防止浪费”的指导思想。(二)实行分级负担,改医药费由县财政统包为财政、单位、个人三方面共同负担。(三)改凭公费医疗证看病为付现金就医,按规定报销。 In recent years, Anxiang County of Hunan Province has paid close attention to public medical management and has carried out two reforms in succession, all of which have achieved certain results.
