设计一种翅片热管式真空集热管,以翅片热管式真空集热管为研究对象,综合考虑影响其热性能的主要因素,建立总热损失系数及瞬时热效率等热性能参数的数学模型,提出该模型的计算方法,并测定效率曲线。同时,搭建室外热性能动态实验测试平台,将集热管的热性能模拟值与实测数据进行对比分析,结果表明建立的模型准确可靠,对于改进集热管设计和预示集热管性能均具有一定的指导意义。且翅片热管式真空集热管具有较好的集热能力,完全能够满足低温热利用的要求。
A finned heat pipe vacuum tube is designed. Taking the fin heat tube vacuum tube as the research object, a mathematical model of the thermal performance parameters such as the total heat loss coefficient and the instantaneous thermal efficiency is established by comprehensively considering the main factors affecting the thermal performance. The model is calculated and the efficiency curve is determined. At the same time, a dynamic experimental test platform for outdoor thermal performance is set up, and the simulation results of the thermal performance of the collector pipe are compared with the measured data. The results show that the model is accurate and reliable, which is of guiding significance for improving the design of the collector pipe and predicting the performance of the collector pipe . And fin heat pipe vacuum tube has a good heat collection capacity, fully able to meet the requirements of low temperature heat utilization.
