考虑由一个供应商和多个零售商组成的供应链,构建了多零售商竞争的按历史销售量分配模型,提出弱势零售商进行合作以减轻销售压力的举措,通过合作前后利润的对比分析,得到了使合作利润增加时,零售商需满足的条件,分析了零售商的合作行为对供应链造成的影响,提出零售商合作会使供应链销售量增加。最后通过算例分析,验证了结论。
Considering the supply chain composed of one supplier and several retailers, this paper constructs the historical sales volume distribution model based on multi-retailers’ competition, puts forward the measures that the disadvantaged retailers cooperate to reduce the sales pressure, and through the comparative analysis of the profits before and after the cooperation, The conditions that the retailer needs to meet when the profit of cooperation increases are analyzed. The influence of the retailer ’s cooperation behavior on the supply chain is analyzed. It is suggested that the retailer cooperation will increase the sales volume in the supply chain. Finally, through an example analysis, the conclusion is verified.
