3月的阜新已是春意盎然。日前召开的全市对外开放动员大会更给求发展、盼发展的阜新人民带来了春天的生机与希冀。日前,记者就如何实施外向牵动战略、振兴太平区经济采访了太平区区长王福春。太平区区委、区政府在全市对外开放动员大会结束后,召开了太平区招商引资工作会议,研究和部署了太平区2001年招商引资任务和工作措施,号召全区广大干部群众行动起来,树立大开放促进大发展的思想观念,齐心协力,顽强拼搏,打一场招商引资的人民战争。
